I don't have a relationship with the company other than being a shareholder. Bitter ? Nah .... I've called this fiasco correctly for YEARS. Sad to see investors lose their money listening to mgmt BS and the BS of others here and on private board who think they know all.

It is taking too long to wind down this silly company. SPIN has a nice tight corporate structure that I'm sure would be attractive to another company wanting to go public. But this mgmt has executed nothing for literally years .... so I'm fairly sure they could screw up selling rosary beads to the pope.

Its been more than a year ... how long does it take to make a move to benefit the company and it's long suffering investors ???
