"Your unauthorized use of our KOOL-AID trademarks infringes Kraft Foods' intellectual property rights in violation of state and federal laws. Accordingly, we demand that you immediately and permanently stop all unauthorized use of the KOOL-AID trademarks. We also specifically demand that you remove all KOOL-AID trademarks from the web site. Please provide your prompt assurance that you have complied with this demand. We look forward to hearing from you within the next ten days."
