My "everybody else is stupid" statement is from this:
" I believe actually getting educated as to how this all works would be in everyone’s best interest. "

As if we don't know that they ARE diluting.
THEY are the ones issuing shares, so THEY are the ones diluting.
The note-holders are the ones selling the shares.
When THEY issue shares without restrictions, THEN they are part of the OS count, and at that point, THEY have diluted the share count.

So by him not thinking that we know better, he must think we are stupid. (My summation)

And for anybody not reading the filings, the cycle starts again this Friday.
