Calabria as conservator may be able to effect such a conversion so long as he preserves constitutional contract rights of property owners and follows corporate governance. Anything else would be grounds for more lawsuits especially this late in the game. Thus why Calabria has said he will let the companies raise the capitol. FHFA is in enough trouble as it is and could even be vacatured out of existance if justice is served. So enough of that nonsense. Same with warrants. They will never be executed. And receivership talk is also a nothing burger. Calabrias only actions at this point are delaying actions through regulatory procedings for whatever his purpose to delay is. Shareholders have won.
