I remembered that herr Gottlieb made a remark in his interview back Aug 9th
that CBD can be harmful in large doses before going on to say that pure CBD could be allowed immediately blah, blah stc,. So I just shrugged it off when Mr G was announcing pure hemp could be passed.

The part where he begins his statement is at 03:18 on the video.
Sounds good to me.
