I am one of those people who held and my average is $7 dollars...
From my understanding since they were buying out the ticker they needed to get rid of people who were controlling the older stock..
Zero dilution now..
As you can see all shares are restricted...
Just saw the last S1 filing company is raising money and from my research they have raised a ton of money and big things are happening behind the scenes!!
NWYU will be a future Nasdaq stock!!
I'm holding for the long run!!
$2.2 million in revenue in the first 9 million that of 2019 first year of the company!!
