So let me see if I've got this right. If someone decides to sell all their shares, mostly at market price because they don't know any better, then that makes the company a failure.

In my opinion this company is doomed to failure. Just look at the share price and volume. Headed much lower. Look at the chart. Only down 33.33% today with solid volume, looks headed to trips.
