Convertible notes are not dilution as they are a known commodity ... With both QTY and Dates ... The shares are already accountd for out of the A/S ....

They are Balance Sheet items that can go different ways ... The tendency towards no dilution right now is good news ... I am sure that the investors that own convertibles are also onboard with the plan.
