100% untrue!!!! The 15-12g is to cease the current SEC filing obligations. They did that because they were delinquent with their SEC filings. That move (the 15-12g) avoids any potential of an SEC suspension for failure to file. Many companies do this to play it safe. Once all filings are done, RBNW will be recognized as Pink Current. Then they are free to do whatever they wish whether it be an uplist or stay as a pink current.

A 15-12g certainly does not mean a company is going "dark."

That form is telling you they're going dark, not current. Look at the links I gave, it's all there. 15-12G is for a company going dark, not current
