I don't belive they are about to file BK for many reasons.

But even if they did, this company is worth far more than the debt accumulated so even as a common I'm not overly concerned. This wouldn't be your usual retail store BK. A merger also not off the table here either.

More importantly the overdue fins have been coming out slowly since the AUDIT.

Q1 was released 2 weeks after 10K was released and we are appox. 2 weeks after Q1 so Q2 and 3 are more then likely coming very soon.
