A reverse split would harm current shareholders - plus FINRA has started taking a closer look at reverse splits and I don't think they would approve it.

Plus, it would only take 30 minutes to file an amendment to the Articles of Incorporation to increase the authorized shares.

If GRNF files a S-1 to register the stock - that means the shares are immediately free trading.

Either option is bad for current shareholders.
