We already know what SEC/FINRA will say when they receive the name change. Dozens of name changes down here are denied every single day and with a lot less issues then AFPW... Don't bet the house on your post.

Once the new SEC regulations goes into effect on No Bid No Report scams like this they will be downgraded into the Grey Markets very quickly. The major push behind these new laws and changes are from the SEC Lawyers themselves. They the lawyers say it will make it a lot easier and with less headaches going forward going after these scams and scammers. Thus protecting traders from hearsay and bogus BS. Can't come soon enough for me.... Till then... I'd stay clear of No Bid No Report scams in the likes of AFPW....
