imo if someone is in prison, it could be mr. arnold et al.- the old mgmt. of prth. the verdict was against prth and mr. arnold et al.
there were no problems with the HGLC.mgmt.
I think there is this 300.000 US-$ fine against prth/hglc: but
this should be no problem because of the values in hglc.
a member of the HGLC.mgmt. is prof.w.p.colliston, an expert in geology. he is still active in south africa e.g.
prof. colliston is the author of two interesting publications:
the "bouse" and the "mockingbird" gold property assessments, ...
mr. blom is an expert in mining,
prof. colliston is an expert in geology,
mr. lowenthal is an expert in financing.
all highly honourable people.
it could not be better. interesting times ahead!
but of course it´s all speculation!!!
