(OTCBB: WLDI) www.world-am.com, whose wholly owned subsidiary, Isotec, Inc. www.isotecinc.com conceives, develops and markets state-of-the-art security systems, announced today that Comfort Isotec, the recently formed Chinese joint venture company, has informed World Am that Comfort Isotec will be exhibiting their products at the Security China 2003 trade show in Hall 9 later this month.
According to the show sponsors, SECURITY CHINA 2003 is Asia's largest and most authoritative security show. Running from October 29th through November 1st SECURITY CHINA 2003 is the 6th such show. Since its debut in 1994, SECURITY CHINA has been the meeting point for international decision-makers, leaders, suppliers and customers for the various security sectors. World Am and Isotec personnel will be in attendance at SECURITY CHINA 2003 to assist Comfort Isotec personnel.

Comfort Isotec has a contract with Comfort Virtue that calls for a Comfort Isotec to buy units for a fixed percentage above factory cost, thereby affording Comfort Isotec what we believe will be a competitive price in the world marketplace."
World Am owns 75% of the joint venture and will receive a $500.00 per unit royalty on all sales made by Comfort Isotec in addition to their share of profits.
