I have done my homework, but you have the wrong business address, according the 10Q filed last month with the SEC as a QB their business address is the same it has been for quite awhile at 3008 W. Lupine, Phoenix AZ 85029. It's also the CEO's personal residence. I believe the commercial site was offered to the company by a friend free of charge, hence the $10. price tag, but there was no need for using it right now and would just make unnecessary overhead if fired up at the moment,(not saying what the future may hold.) End of story. Good choice and he should have a nice piece of valuable real estate out of the deal as collateral in the future if ever needed, something most folks didn't think in all the noise made over it. Its in black and white right in front of us and no one noticed what a 1 mill $ AZ appraised piece of business property is worth with a free title...Awesome! Have a great day.
