They are considered dark or defunct because they don’t file quarterly results and because their have not been any recent press releases which I found out from the ceo that he did not want to post the updates until they have converted all of the notes which is smart in my opinion he said that is why their has been so much volume was and that he will not come out with news so they can convert the notes for a higher profit or gain . But news will come out the second week of December he said which in my opinion after I think about it only makes sense that they have converted all of the notes since he did mention that he would not come out with news until after the notes were all done
