Company Unreachable, Website Down
Before people dismiss this post I want to state that I have been an investor off and on in INND for over a year now. I have not used this site much in the past as I rely almost solely on my own DD. I follow the company on Twitter and thought it was unusual that Matt had gone so quiet lately, especially after the 10-Q release. Other followers asked important questions relating to benzer kiosk deployment, Oscaletta deal, etc. that have gone ignored. So I tried emailing Matt (that worked in the past) and received no answer. After a couple days I became frustrated and tried checking out their website for alternate contact info and that's when a BIG RED FLAG came up - the website didn't load and I got a warning message that the certificate had expired. This was over a week ago, and at first I thought it was a temporary slip up on their part in renewing it. Well, here we are going on over a weeks and it's still expired. It goes without saying how incredibly risky that is for the security of your site, not to mention your reputation to customers and the loss of potential sales. So, since last Wednesday I have called and NOBODY, I REPEAT NOBODY ever answers the phone. Try for yourself using the number provided here. I left messages for customer service, tech support, and investor relations with no call back. Also, it was disconcerting that each voicemail greeting was for someone named Patrick who gave no title or other info (like everything with this company, very unprofessional). Finally, I decided to try the extension for Sales today, thinking that they would have to answer that. Spoiler alert....NOPE! Just another leave a message for Patrick greeting. If there is a reasonable explanation for this I can't come up with it, maybe someone else can offer insight. Thanks in advance and good luck to all of us, we need it.
