Yes, I understand that, but the SEC stated:

"Arrayit Corp. terminated its registration with the SEC"

They didn't use the terminology as the title of a form, but an action that ARYC performed.

In other words, they didn't say something like "Arrayit filled out the Termination of Registration form". They instead said that ARYC did an action (they "terminated"). That is a very different context.
