Wow the bottling plant pump didn’t last long....not good!! I can’t believe the size of that thing, 150,000 s/f is ridiculous. The average Walmart is Aprox 120,000 s/f. Can’t imagine the amount of product that needs to be made to justify that footprint. The market isn’t there yet to justify it that is for sure. You see proper business practice would be to build enough to satisfy current demand (in the case of the weed market we can say expected demand) and then as the market unfolds you expand it. What a waste of capital especially if demand doesn’t meet expectations.
