So if Rhonda doesn't do filings then this deal will be done expeditiously so the merging company can complete the filings I would suppose right?
More than likely the merging company would want this deal to close before the new year. Not much time left for this to close. This deal will close quickly.

Hold your shares for the completion of the reverse merger. I posted of a RM this morning before the news came out.mi had no prior knowledge of this news coming out this morning.

$ARTR will run multi pennies on this news.mpray and hope they reduce some shares shortly after or around the time they announce the completion of the merger.they could very well cancel the previous owners shares.
