Take a deep breath, and forget about the RS. I think there will be NO RS, as Col has always asserted. I now believe Kim will grow the company organically until the share price reaches two dollars or much higher. Then he can up list at leisure without using a RS. Or, he could just do a 1:10 RS, if he feels the need to do so.

All of this fear and boogieman thinking is just that. Concentrate on buying shares at these prices, since they are DIRT CHEAP. FORGET ABOUT ANY RS. I DON'T THINK IT'S HAPPENING! GO KBLB! JMHO
