Welcome,
There are several others on this Board that could explain best .... But in short as I understand it, is they are carrying Debt, they had a deal fall through with an investor and diluted too pay off some of the debt. Read posts from Sello, Dclutch, Werd, Big Bucks and actually...... approx 95% of this board are positive (LONG) share owners with our eye on the prize based on the actual product and actual business that is already in motion. I will tell you that it is a GREAT time to buy into this stock IMHO !!
