laptop, the sales and revenue will be almost instant when the JV is signed. They can't sell unless and until they get the JV and certification from the Chinese Govt. Everything changes immediately when the Chinese Govt. gives the go-ahead and that can happen any day because we are that close to completing the JV agreement. Dealing with countries not in North America is a different process than we are accustomed to. Give ipkl a chance and I believe that from now to within three weeks we will have a new ball game and it will be for the better for sure.
