Wyoming’s coal plants are an “irreplaceable" source of cost-effective base load electricity. The cost savings of using coal continues!
The markets have decided CO2 is an issue which is DRIVING the Charge for Clean Coal Tech. All over the world, leaders realize they have to upgrade coal to reduce emissions. Its just plain fact.
GILLETTE, Wyo. - Federal energy officials have announced plans to conduct research on the extraction of rare earth elements in western U.S. regions.

The Gillette News Record reported that the University of Wyoming School of Energy Research hopes to partner with the U.S. Department of Energy for the research but needs local government support- Note *EASY*

University scientists say they have completed research in the past but are looking for ways to potentially extract elements from the coal economically. HMM..CCTI maybe? HMM...
Scientists say officials would need to commit over $187,000 over three years and the university has already committed to $375,000 in that time. And we know who UofW is partnered with already! Thats right CCTI! And we know CCTI had meetings with DOE in DC last year!
