I have seen many. And you are correct. They all go poorly.

But...

Verus will be very profitable when they make the decision to pull the trigger.

That will change the perception on the move. And it will be done in conjunction with an uplist. That will also change the perception of the move.

Find me a ticket that hit the RS button that was profitable, uplisted in conjunction with the RS and had massive institutional investors waiting in the other side.

Not so common.
