Treasury Warrant Document - read the warrant definition and how it is priced . The government screwed themselves and can not excersize these warrants. If they do there will be lawsuits.

Read Fair Market Value (a)

The warrants were supposed to be issued using the avg price ratio. Instead this formula was not used and issued at one onethousandth of a penny.

This formula used contradicts the thier own internal documents.

Ha ha ha.
