Jody did buy a chunk of this stock at much higher prices, so he’s losing money too. I don’t think PCTL meant to screw shareholders over, not when they were buying. But, when push comes to shove and they need money, they hold all the cards. They can recapitalize their stock how they see fit including wiping out the current issue. Perhaps it won’t come to that. This management are not the typical otc scammers. It’s a real company, but can they produce the sales needed?
