I think the "ALL STOCK" deal suxs

Investors don't want another companies stock
The want the benjamines

As for the price, they could have done better

I did like the 80-100 million TD would get from AMTD each quarter, that helped a lot with earnings

So now TD is STUCK with a bunch of stock of another company
And won't get that, but a little dividend????

I worked for TD for years, on the tech side, so I would always watch this

To me
This is a huge let down

If it was all stock then it should have been closer to 30bill not 26bill
