And if you call to lodge warranty repair need, you may experience what MANY are right now, the Rep saying "We do not see you registered on our system", or "Sir, you must not have registered your tool properly on our online system, as just having a purchase recipt does not meet warranty terms"...

Either way, with HD owning Ridgid now and poor power tool quality and poor warranty program, then coupled with stupid Home Advisor crap many realizing they are being conned out of money by that service, HD may well see major fall from grace now- as people simply are TIRED of getting fkd and screwed around by major corporations and slimy advertising tricks to simply make their bottom lines look amazing, while scamming monies form general public.
