agree - the compensation committee is to help approve the parting gifts ---all these POSs do it at the end as they wring the last little bit out of the scam--(for example: QBId bought a bunch of $30,000 big screens at the end and gave them out)

they always find some way to dole out the last bit of stock and exhaust the authorized before complete shut down
