LOL, Start using your common sense. Plantiffs have to win only one (or few) case where as Gov and FHFA have to win all the cases.

Even Gov and FHFA do not believe that they can defend FHFA consercatorship in courts. That is why Gov and FHFA are fighting hard to suppress the evidence (11K documents) and relying on 4617(f) to avoid court trials.

Once the cases go to trials, Gov and FHFA absolutely do not have any viable defenses other than bs narratives that FnF were broke, Gov invested $187B in FnF and provided $250B credit line. The truth that Bush and Obama adminsitrations used FnF to bailout financial establishment will prevail in courts.
