I would suggest that an investor look at what they promise and then see if they fulfill their promises.

After Thanksgiving they have said they will have a Super 8K, a S8 registration, and a S1 registration...if we don't see those in December then we re-evaluate the investment.

But putting a 10K on SEC.gov is not the same as putting a 10-K on OTC Mkts under a 15-12g exemption...someone is spending money and not dumping shares.
