My haters were correct about one thing, I have 30+ experience in criminal cases. When you see a superseding indictment in a lower level felony (LT's is lower level), it means the US Attorney really has a hard on for the defendant. Here is were I am making some assumptions but I assume the reason is that they want to get him to hang out to dry Tony and the gang. I could be wrong about this but I doubt it.

Tony may be better off running to the US Attorney for the SDNY and confessing his sins for a deal. He could hang out to dry the rest of the shitheads and he might avoid prison.
