So after all these years of SEC non compliance with their financials Eakle finally gave in and deregistered from reporting. He must have received a final warning letter from the SEC about an upcoming suspension if he didn't deregister.
What a joke this company ALKM is!
1.1 million dollars in sales for 2017 and this garbage ticker still had an operating loss of 500 thousand dollars and ZERO cash.
