They dont need to know about that. They have procedures in place for new products entering the market. They should have been ready to issue guidance when the Farm Bill was signed.

This is a perfect display of either blatent corruption or complete ineptitude. Either way, we need more change from our government. It needs to work efficiently and taking over a year to issue guidance when something is legalized is beyond frustrating to me and crippling explosive growth. If I were a conspiracy guy I would think Hillary supporters are slow rolling everything that would make Trump look good. An exploding legal industry creating more jobs would do just that. Only politicians and big pharma benefits from this delay - you put the pieces together. No matter what the reasons are behind this delay, the American people lose.
