Gotta agree with you totally! To CONTROL voip-pal, one has to go thru Emil. He rejected the offer AND the board agreed.
Why would the offering party make any statement after being spurned? Moreover “why” would a BOD sign-off on a formal release with specific names and it NOT be verifiable if required? If they were/are still interested I can now see the possibility of a side door entrance thru our new lawyer. In fact this move with Mr. Hudnell might be a brilliant stroke....
