No $1 billion commitment fee each.

No warrants.

No 10% interest.

No Net Worth Swindle.

Return to Fannie and Freddie all payments over the actual "loan" and commitment fee.

Both would be capitalized.

Elected boards of directors.

Dividends restored.

Listed on major exchange/s.
