$ACCR PROOF OF MY $685,000 AFTER MARKET PURCHASED DECLARED ON A FEDERAL FORM in 2012 - A DECADE AGO.

May 7, 1999 I started buying ACCR....never sold the shares....just kept on buy, and requesting certificates to fight them, because I knew what was going on at the time in my 20's. Guys, this is like 30 years ago when I started buying ACCR common stock. I am the Company's biggest Shareholder.

Multiply my reported after market PURCHASES.....MY AVERAGE was $685,000 US DOLLARs. This is real money, that I have put into my ACCR.

$.0445 x 15,400,000 shares through 2002 cost me $685,000 Today, my stake is worth $445,836. Heck, in October and part of November, my paper RESTRICTED count was worth as high as $2,622,570 @ $.02 cents per share.

HOLY WOW....ALMOST THERE.

FINRA already knows this.....probably about Britney too.....LOL. This is further proof of how I became a 10% shareholder of this Company.......I fought my way against their NAKED SELLING....I pushed, and I clawed and I died financially from their FRAUD SELLING of the past. But with determination......I buried my cash money into this Company, and I am this Company's Director.....and this is my LEADERSHIP....for now.

ACCR is so strong, in leadership, and my vision is CRYSTAL CLEAR even though CREEDE SOLD probably north of $.0065 his position in ACCR, it is OK with me. He is out. Personal reasons. I don't care about Shareholders that sell. Good Bye, and Good Luck!
