If everyone was going to get paid, the company almost certainly would not have had to file for bankruptcy in the first place.

You make an excellent point, as always.

And the "we're going to get paid" thing reminds me of CMKX. It was never clear who would pay them, or why. But there are, incredibly, still believers.
