that spike in price for swnm was due to the change of ownership of shares....thats why you saw big azz volume and a big spike in price...there was 400 million shares o/s i didnt see 200 million shares trade during that spike in share price..that was a funny way they did that transfer of majority of shares to new owner...so in other words, someone can still wrestle away 51 percent ownership of swnm of the new majority owner..because the new owner, global habitat, doesnt really own all the shares of swnm? its confuseing...and there is no way to verify if global habitay actually owns 51 percent or more of swnm shares
