Party, not to call anybody out, but what about the poster who had a family member with PWC who confirmed the audit was being done?? I mean, at this point, you can't trust anybody, but .......

well, thanks for all your DD party. It was very helpful. you are still here with some shares at least, and we all want to know what exactly management will do. will they try to save things and put some assets in the right place? or will they just cut and run?

btw, it seems you know --or is that an opinion?-- that the audit was never worked on. did you confirm that?

any hope for 9 months or so down the line, they try this again? i'm thinking not because of all the exposure.
