Yesterday I placed a bid to buy nearly 1.3M shares at 0.0001 but no any fill at all! Where are those 0.0001 sellers now? Why so many shares ask at 0.0002 while "No Bid At all" before I placed my order?

Anyway if we see 200M ~ 300M shares of Slapping volumes then ACTL will at least surge back to 0.0012 again!
