I spoke to Liz. She said Stan spoke to Tony last week and she emailed Tony yesterday.

As of last week, Tony is waiting for the OTC login to be approved and once that is approved, they can upload the filings and HE SAID it WILL BE SAME DAY. She emailed him again yesterday and he said as soon as he knows the login is approved, she will know. Tony said he was told it can take 30 days for the login to be approved. We are technically at about day 21. So they are waiting on the login. That statement makes it sound like THE FILINGS ARE ALREADY DONE PENDING UPLOAD.

If we are at day 21, we have 9 remaining and that puts us at December 2nd at the latest, but it could happen before then.

She said she still does not know the entity's name, but that she believes it's legitimate because the new company had an attorney do some due diligence and found a law suit from a few years ago for $7,000 on them that they settled out of court. The attorney asked her about it.

With that login approval timeline, if this is a NASDAQ level company that shows up in the next filings, I’m going to have a very Merry Christmas and the wait will have been well worth it.
