The monitor's website is littered with information about the liquidation, the company going out of business, about how the proceeds from all sources were distributed, all approved by federal judges. They said clearly that shareholders were getting nothing, so I'm not sure what sort of "announcement" could mean more than that.

All of the theories and mystery about this company and stock were either made up or existed because of the denial phase and refusal to go to that website and read through the information assembled there. Really only had to read the 10th report and the final order from CCAA to know the stock was worthless and due to be cancelled. This was an unconventional approach, but the end was inevitable and correct.
