For those not paying attention at home;

There WILL be a 50 million share reduction in the float and in the current A/S as these are being transferred to preferred shares.

Per REG A, there will now be an INCREASE in the A/S that can only be bought by credited investors...

So dont all freak out when the A/S increases... because the company has made us aware that it is going to as they are raising money, hence the REG A...
