Hong Kong Exchange!?

Now that is interesting. Let's suppose what some of us think is true, is true. That there are big naked shorts who are stuck and can't get even. They have managed to push the price down but there isn't enough volume to cover.

Now, enter the dragon. The Hong Kong exchange might fairly value PRED, much higher than the MMs here have pushed it down. Okay, forget the Dragon. Enter the Arbitrageurs. Suddenly the MMs will have to hold the price down, not only here, but in Hong Kong as well.

Might make for an interesting situation.
