If the stock is not trading that is okay... as long as the registration is not revoked.

If that should happen, the stock is a worthless piece of paper. Does not exist after that happens. Now, whether the new company decides to go public will yet to be seen. if they do not, they could go on as a private company and no one has nothing since BIOAQ was bankrupt and no longer a company.
