Two things can only come out of this... Either this will be a big win for those who held, Or a huge loss...

Since this was in BK, the symbol removal means it is no longer tradable. Now the worse part... If Corporate really wants to be aholes about this, since it was a BK company, the stock registration could be revoked, meaning that all classes of shares are void and no longer exist.

If that happens and they do not issue stock to those who held for the new company, it becomes a total loss. I don't think there is a recourse should that happen since everyone knew the risks and had the chance to get out; and, if you chose to stay, it was on your own decision to do so.

I can only wish you well for a positive outcome.
