I think to myself.. whats the purpose of being publicly traded? I have friends that have very big companies... and all say theres no purpose behind going public because they are profitable.
Heres a few ideas I have

1. They dont need the money or care about the share price until they set everything up and didnt know how transparent the US is with court/info/documents
2. may only be being used to get around/protect from a trade restriction in the future
3.They want to use investors money to test /R&D ideas and if its a fail their other businesses dont incure the costs.
4. They plan to make a run at the US Market in the next year
5.They truely just want to sell ball valves here.. theres so much money in this industry right now im still in AWW
