One would have thought that given they plan to launch within the next few months, that discussions with payers would have been completed by now and a price set in so I wouldn't see that as a point for any delay nor for substantial costs.

Thus the costs would me more marketing related which is perfectly understandable. 'Meaningful' revenue around May-June I can agree with though.

Will find out more of their plan later today though!
